The Security Archives facility is an original Albert Kahn fireproof warehouse with over 100,000 square feet located at 11850 East Jefferson Ave, Detroit, Michigan that has been part of the city skyline since 1921. The facility is comprised of 8 floors, each floor being separated by a minimum of 18 inches of solid concrete, with the ground floor a minimum of 4 feet above grade level. Included is an environmental vault storage area that has a minimum 4 hour fire rating, maintains a constant 70 degrees Fahrenheit, 45% relative humidity and is equipped with a 4,000 pound safe door.

The facility is equipped with intrusion, motion, closed circuit video cameras with motion detection, monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by a central station.

The facility is inspected frequently and adheres to the standards established by the International Fire Code and all other applicable codes. It is also worth noting that the facility is directly next door to the City of Detroit Fire Department East Jefferson Station.

The Security Archives facility is properly shelved to maximize space and to provide an economical storage solution for our clients.
